How to Run Multiple Brands and Locations in One LOOP Website

LOOP lets you run several brands or locations from one CMS. Instead of being limited to a single homepage and website, you can have multiple homepages, each with its own look and feel. Your team has one place to log in, and every site stays up to date as part of your LOOP subscription.

What's possible

  • Single attraction: One brand, one location.
  • Multiple locations: One brand across several sites.
  • Multiple brands: Several brands, each with its own identity.
  • Multiple brands and locations: A mix of both, all in one place.

For example, a visitor attraction might have its main site, plus separate sites for a sister attraction or a themed experience on the same site. Larger groups can run all of their attractions in a single LOOP.

How it works

  1. Multiple homepages. Each brand or location has its own homepage in the CMS.
  2. A settings node for each one. This holds the things that are specific to that site, such as logos, links and navigation.
  3. A brand layer on top. We set up your fonts, colours, textures, masks and other design details, so each site can look completely different. This usually takes us a few days.
  4. Domains. Each site can run on the same domain, a subdomain or a totally separate domain. For example, yourattraction.com/weddings, or a separate wedding venue domain, both work.

Setting it up

  1. Plan the structure with us. We'll map out how your pages and sites should fit together.
  2. Build on the dev site first. We add a new homepage, then the settings and content underneath it.
  3. Brand design in parallel. While you build the content, we create the brand assets and design.
  4. Go live. When it's ready, we switch on the new brand assets and your domains. It's quick and seamless, just like any other LOOP deployment.

If you have content to move across, you can add it yourself or we can quote to help with the migration.

Seasonal campaigns

You can use the same approach for Halloween, Christmas, Easter or other campaigns. Brands don't have to apply to a whole homepage. They can be assigned to individual pages, so you can go to town on a themed area without changing the rest of your site.

Why it's worth it

  • One login: Your team manages everything in a single CMS.
  • Save on costs: You save on hosting and ongoing updates compared with running separate sites.
  • Stay consistent: Every site benefits from the same updates as part of your subscription.
  • Distinct identities: Each brand keeps its own design, fonts and colours.

Tips

  • Plan your structure early, so you know how many homepages and domains you'll need.
  • Build and test everything on the dev site before going live.
  • Think about seasonal brands too, as they use the same technology.
  • Adding a brand design is included at no extra charge, as part of our free rebrand offer.
